About Us
Pine Petal Plume is a handmade jewelry business creating hand-beaded earrings and accessories using premium Japanese Miyuki Delica glass beads. We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Products
All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, and bead placement are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of each piece. Product photos are taken to represent items as accurately as possible, but screen displays may cause minor color variation.
Our jewelry is intended for adults (13+) and is not intended for children under 13.
Orders and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and, for international customers, converted to your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, in which case you'll be notified and fully refunded.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, with a 2:00pm PT cutoff for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend, are processed the next business day.
Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping Policy page. International orders to Canada and the United Kingdom may be subject to duties and import taxes, calculated and collected at checkout — you will not owe additional fees on delivery.
Returns and Damaged Items
Because our earrings are worn in pierced ears, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for full details and the 7-day reporting window.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, and designs — is the property of Pine Petal Plume and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pine Petal Plume is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
